Tabula rasa to tabular master?

I have improved the appearance of the title area by putting the title to the right of the photo. In doing so, I learned the basics of working with HTML tables. Now the page looks very similar on Firefox and Explorer. Even if I never mature into a raving narcissist via this blog, playing around with the formatting has been a good education in a few basics of web publishing.

Unfortunately, working on the tables kept me from trying to keep up, and post, a running commentary on the 11 o'clock local news, which I will do before very long. I did look up at one point to see them running video captioned "Double Rainbow" and just kind of sighed. A lot of rainbows are double, if you look.

I know what you may be thinking, but I'm only a quiet narcissist right now.
