A simple question
"For those of us who are serious about things, strict constructionism (which oddly has been renamed constitutionalism in the past two weeks) is a principled method of jurisprudence." - comment in an e-mail from a conservative friend, responding to my reference to "the fiction that 'originalism' and 'strict construction' are judicial philosophies without a healthy political component."
So here it my question, a simple question: What do strict constructionists say about judicial review? Because that's not in the Constitution.
