"You cannot be serious"
Today I found that one of the blog's authors had devoted an entire long entry to refuting my little shorthand riff on Rule 10b-5. The entry, entitled "SEC Rule 10b-5 and Enron" begins with a link to the rule's Wikipedia entry and then goes on for more than 600 words, and concludes, without ever mentioning or alluding to Rule 10b-5. So I just had to leave a reasoned comment—and fast: the challenge of shooting a fish in a coffee can is getting off a clean shot before the fish suffocates.
Anyway, here are links to the two posts, each of which includes a comment from me. Go on, it will be fun. You'll get to see me at my polite and devastating best.
