Typology of people living in my neighborhood

Yep, that's about it.

I don't think affectation ranks high on the list of my sins. If it did, it might have been me at the grocery store tonight wearing an urban-camoflage Utilikilt, a black correspondent's vest with no shirt and one of those idiotic wallet chains. But that was someone else.

I think they are ridiculous. The idea that shorts are in any way confining is also ridiculous.

And if one is blessed with very nice legs, why draw attention away from them by wearing a Utilikilt?

They would be good for robbing banks, though:

"What did he look like?"

"He was wearing one of those Utilikilts."

"Yes, but what did he look like?"

"I don't remember."
