Hillary's camera movement

O.K., check out Hillary's "I'm in" video. I would love to know the thinking behind the gentle, side-to-side oscillation of the camera. Is it meant to soothe us? Keep our attention? Make sure we see the family photo but don't focus on it?

No matter how chummy she tries to sound, she still can't fully excise her snotty, sarcastic, superior persona: ". . . and we can all see how well that works . . ."
