Habitual absentee voters

Think about this election the next time you are considering sending in your absentee ballot ahead of time. How many Floridians threw away votes on Giuliani? How many Californians threw away votes on Edwards, or wish they could take back their dumb votes for . . . some former presumptive nominee?
