Um, yeah

CNN Headline News just reported that "there might be a dark side" to a report of a record-young mother in Brazil, who gave birth at age nine. Authorities are investigating whether a rape may have been involved.

How could a rape not be involved!? I question CNN's use of the word "record" in reporting a story like this.
