Finally

I think "Arrested Development" is finally really over. It was severely overrated by the types of people who are most insufferable when the overrate things.

If you're relying on modern live-action television for your comedy, you either have low standards, or will be disappointed, or both.

I don't think "Sons & Daughters"--associated with Lorne Michaels and starring that guy from those GEICO commercials (and not even the good ones)--is going to take up the fathoms of slack in contemporary live-action TV comedy.

Lorne Michaels is sort of the Ulysses S. Grant of comedy, and SNL is his Civil War.
