Yea, verily does the hour of my buffdom draw nigh

Blaming the price of crude oil and silver, Fuji Photo Film is raising their film prices by up to 20 percent. Considering that Fuji and Kodak are the only folks still making commercial film, this is definitely not a surprise. Kodak has already raised their prices and considering that only my Crazy Aunt Debra uses 35mm to take fashion shots of her cats, I think this is the end of an era, folks. - Gizmodo.com, May 18, 2006

So, besides the fact that other companies are still making "commercial film" (whatever that means), I think that bit about Crazy Aunt Debra is just gratuitous.

But I suppose I'm just continuing to struggle with being branded a "buff".
